Our natural approach to health uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, we evaluate the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues. 

This package includes:

  • One 40 minute initial consultation in which we will go over lifestyle and eating habits and brief medical history in order to better understand a diet and lifestyle plan that will most benefit you.
  • One 5 day personalized meal plan based on the appropriate nutrients for your needs

 4 Weeks One-on-One Coaching

This package is recommended for those who are looking to lose 12 lbs or less

This package includes:

  • Initial 40 minute life style assessment
  • 4 one-on-one coaching sessions designed to keep you on track and accountable
  • 2 bi-weekly personalized meal plans
  • Handouts including recipes, food diaries, and fact sheets
  • Unlimited access to text or email questions

8 Weeks One-on-One Coaching

This package is recommended for those who are looking to lose 20 lbs. to 35 lbs.
